Prospect Cottage, Devon - extension and renovation project

An extension to the existing property provided an enlarged kitchen, stairwell to the first floor and master bedroom. Bi-fold doors from the kitchen improved connectivity with the garden and bought the outside in.
The project also included a Tree Preservation Order Application and vehicular access off the highway to a new rear parking area.
